It's really nice if there were additional options for nominee targeting of niche or very specific candidates beyond it just being over-the-top. It did become a bit tedious going through notifications that were the same, when I had other things to attend to. > > When you need to hire fast, and don't have hours to dedicate to sorting through resumes, ZipRecruiter does the job. It’s ideal for small businesses that don’t have dedicated HR resources. It isn't flawless by any means, pricing and targeted ads may be better - but it beats the other platforms we've used. The customer support was quick to respond as we found ourselves in a pickle and it was a breath of fresh air.
