Working with the CipHR team, we moved from using only the most basic aspects to almost full functionality within 10 months. There was a significant impact on the business with reduced HR costs, greater HR face time, reduced manager system usage time and reduced error rates. We have avoided the rollback process as it feels long-winded and it is not possible to switch to the next person when in query mode. > > We have recently implemented Ciphr Payroll and the experience was made seamless thanks to the outstanding support from the team, in particular \[sensitive content hidden\] From day one, they guided us through the setup process, patiently answering all our questions and ensuring everything was configured perfectly for what is a very complex payroll. They went above and beyond to ensure our team was comfortable with every feature, and their hands-on approach truly made a difference.
