The Parim staff are quick to respond to our needs and we are very excited about the future. My company demo'd plenty of systems and decided on Parim. It offers all the functionality you could require and more. Employee files can even contain a field for shoe size\! It is as basic or advanced as your needs require. We love the open shifts functionality - it helps to ensure cover for each shift\! > > **Puntos en contra**: The open shift functionality could be improved by changing the rate in which pay and charge is depending on how soon the shift is etc. Probably something their team can implement for my companies specific needs. > > An assured price per hour worked through the software, which gets cheaper the more you use it. It has made life a lot easier for us with everyone being able to see the exam schedule and Open Shifts. Support and help is immediately available whenever we have had issues. The system is a breath of fresh air and saves us a lot of time. PARiM share their development pipeline with us and keep us posted with new features that are coming out. As our qualified examiners are monitored by Cambridge English Language Assessment, Parim has proven to be an immensely useful tool when it comes to allocating examining staff as it doesn't allow you to add staff unless they are qualified for that position and level. The reports we need are all there and available when we need them. Well done.
