When I had questions regarding STAT calculations, they were unable to provide answers and advised me to contact an accountant. I believe the team should be more familiar with these laws and provide better support in such cases. Additionally, they were unable to resolve my 2FA issues until management stepped in to help > > I had a very frustrating experience with WagePoint's customer service, but I was pleasantly surprised when \[sensitive content hidden\], the Product Support Manager, reached out to personally apologize for the situation. It seems the company is undergoing a leadership change, with a new team in place, and \[sensitive content hidden\]'s customer-focused approach gives me hope for the future. He genuinely cares about the customer experience, and I believe he will be an asset to the company. While I was initially considering leaving WagePoint, \[sensitive content hidden\] thoughtful response and willingness to address the issue made me reconsider. I’m staying for now, hopeful that their customer service will improve with more trained and attentive staff. It worked well whether you were on a desktop or a mobile device. We liked that it would email employees to notify them of updates (their pay, their T4 being available to view, etc.) The staff were friendly if we ever had to reach out with questions. Wagepoint would ask us for recommendations and suggestions of how to improve the software which was nice to see. > > **Puntos en contra**: We didn't like that there were two different sign in aspects for Wagepoint - one for your day to day items and then another sign in for requesting time off. Wagepoint also didn't connect with ServiceTitan so our employees clock in/out of ServiceTitan but these times didn't port over to Wagepoint so we had to manually enter their timesheets. For these 2 main reasons, I'm providing 4 stars rather than 5. > > Overall, we enjoyed our time with Wagepoint.
