The support for the product has ended. > > Only had the change to use free trial, integrated with Sage 360 as it is owned by Sage. Created a few marketing automation and went live as well, got great results, it had potential. I have owned many versions and just upgraded to the Cloud version. They have added a mobile app (that was lacking before and the reason I almost left), added project and pipeline management, and interactive quotes to name a few of the new features. When I switched to the cloud, I had an issue getting my database converted. As I was struggling with that, my phone rang. It was ACT calling to see if I needed help with anything. I said yes and within 2 minutes, I had a support specialist remoted on my computer fixing my problem (not theirs - I sent the wrong file). > > **Puntos en contra**: What's not to like.
