When a customer requests a refund because of an issue that TalentLMS refuses to correct, an issue that has now been reported 3 times over the last month, it's time to find another partner. It also can be a tad challenging to create reports that meet the exact needs I have. For example, when I see course completions each week, I am interested in seeing what courses were completed and by whom, but it is a bit deep to get to that information. I think the notification delay of about 2 hours when I enroll someone in a course is also a bit odd, why not make it instant? > > Overall, I found TalentLMS to be a robust LMS with a lot of valuable features.
