> **Puntos a favor**: It was cost effective in the beginning, and years ago they had a live account rep you could reach to go over issues.  Everything is outsourced \& call centers now.  Good luck finding anyone at this company that cares enough to follow through with requests

> **Puntos en contra**: Customer Service, billing, troubleshooting, any time you had to deal with people.  Easy to outgrow.  You get what you pay for.  Customer service is THE WORST\!

> AWFUL\!  Even though they are on the less expensive side - save your money.  Trying Bouncie or literally anything else.  Like a cell phone plan, IMPOSSIBLE to get out of contract or a final buyout when you outgrow this group.  Static software, frequently glitchy, and needs to updated - and guess what? Updating the trackers requires a NEW contract.  Go elsewhere.
