For example, the module currently seems designed to process only one payment per PAF, which means I have to create a new PAF each time I need to process additional payments. Paycom is so easy and they are constantly improving it to make it even more efficient and user-friendly. Also, the new landing page is AWESOME\! I love the ability customize the widgets that are most important to me, and I get a complete snapshot of what I need to take care of every time I log in. > > **Puntos en contra**: Sometimes when they make large updates to the platform, they accidentally 'break' features that were already working well. It's hard to figure out why something stopped working the way it used to and then get help to figure out how to get working properly again. > > Overall, our switch to Paycom has been positive. Our initial implementation had some major issues with the way our accruals were set up, and I spent at least 100 hours fixing the issues myself. However, once we got the issues sorted out and updated, Paycom has been a much better HRIS solution for our company.
