It is easy to import that records from earlier data mapping processes. It allows highly customized on-premise implementation. Also the support is fast and accessible and their openness for feedback to improve the products is great.

> **Puntos en contra**: The product has many features (e.g. managing data subjects requests or asset management) that we don't use, either because the processes are managed by different team/applications or because GDPR implementation is a complex process for most of the companies.  Also their implementation if you have activities as a data processor can be improved.

It's very helpful especially for updates to data processing, but also to other business units - e.g explaining customers what data you collect and what do you do with it.
