> **Puntos a favor**: I like to use florence on PCs, since it is optimized for this but I do not use it on smart phones. It is difficult for participants to read a paper scanned consent document on Florence and documents need to be optimized for all sizes of smartphone screens. I believe nowadays, there are plenty optimization solutions that can cater to any size smartphone screen.

> **Puntos en contra**: Florence consenting is not properly optimized for smartphones. The window that opens with the consent form is confusing to participants when they open it on smart phone. Often times they are unaware they have to scroll further down to see there is an option for start signing. Majority of participants are under the assumption they are done with consenting but have not even begun to sign the document. The viewability of consent form and its optimization for smart phones needs to be redone in my opinion. It should be redone to fit all screen sizes of smartphones.

> paper consents are faster. based on the whole process from start to finish. it takes a while for participants to access their email. creating a log in and password and the actual signing is intuitive and works but the form optimization is not good for smart phones. Also paper consent documents appear very tiny in most smart phones in that window that shows the consent form. in my opinion this is optimized for computer screens and this needs to be redone for smart phones similar to Google's AMP project.

> **Puntos a favor**: It is easy to keep all the important documents electronically saved online on florence and makes it easier to share documents with monitors and CRAs during visits.

> It has been pretty smooth for the most part and has only gotten better over time as i have gotten more used to it
