FS.Net es una aplicación web complementaria de FSWorks. FS.Net es una herramienta que puede administrar una flota de estaciones de FSWorks. Cada estación de trabajo envía datos a la base de datos de la aplicación. Una vez que se recopilan los datos, FS.Net utiliza sus módulos para trazar e informar los datos de manera tan detallada o amplia como sea necesario. Estos datos se pueden usar para generar alertas, enviar correos electrónicos, programar tareas y mucho más.
FSWorks, de Factory Systems, es una aplicación a nivel de estación de trabajo que interactúa con equipos u operadores a fin de recopilar métricas para medidas de producción o calidad. El programa es una herramienta de SPC (control estadístico de procesos, por sus siglas en inglés) y OEE (eficiencia general del equipamiento, por sus siglas en inglés) de capacidad robusta. Los usuarios pueden crear gráficos e informes de sus datos locales, importar y exportar especificaciones, administrar máquinas, crear estudios de GRR (repetibilidad y reproducibilidad de calibre, por sus siglas en inglés), interactuar con casi cualquier formato de entrada y mucho más. Una vez que los datos se recopilan localmente, hay muchas opciones para exportarlos a múltiples formatos.

It's worked great to pull all our inspection data into one central location that we can automate reports and make meaningful real time displays with Monitor Module.. We had some growing pains at first to implement our extra data heavy solutions but the FS team went above and beyond to make it work for what we needed.

It's enabled us to get real time vision on our process data that used to take someone hours to manually create reports and share. The UI is easy to learn to create custom displays, run reports/charts.

Some of our applications collect alot of data. These can sometimes be slow to process reports if we're not creative with filters.

We have used it for many years, and the only issues we have had have been self-inflicted by not having our POMs and Department names/workstations structured correctly.

The ability to pull date from multiple gauges without having to physically be present at the gauge itself.
Puntos en contra
There is nothing really that I dislike, but making sure that your POM naming conventions are structured and organized is a big key to using this software without confusion. Unless you are the administrator, you may not know how other information is structured and therefore can get lost if the POMs are not properly named.
