Course creation can be done by most computer literate people and compared to other LMS', they have commented that Moodle is practical, interactive, and easier to use. It is a cheaper platform, and instructors can do all the tasks they need to teach courses. It is good that it's an open-source LMS, so many users can contribute to making Moodle better.
