CodeTwo has a ton of useful assets/ customer support materials that I was able to send to my IT team to help prepare our Outlook account to integrate with the CodeTwo software. After integrating the software, it is very easy to set up the signature email management side. They provide many designs to use as templates, which helps. I also love the ability to test my email signature designs to ensure they have been set up correctly. Once email signatures are designed, it is very easy to add and remove new users and to create different buckets of user groups. > > **Puntos en contra**: I would like the option to "undo" when in design mode. Other than that, there really isn't anything else I like "least." > > My overall experience with CodeTwo has been great. The support team is really top-notch, which makes a huge difference when implementing the software. It really is a great value for money, and we trust the software in terms of security features as well. We are so happy with CodeTwo and will be using it for years to come. ----- ### "Great product, easy to use and cost-effective" — 5.0/5 > **Maria** | *1 de mayo de 2026* | Gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: The features available exceeded others that we reviewed and CodeTwo also did not require us to upgrade our Microsoft licenses. It is very easy to set up with the Microsoft tenant, syncing attributes. The documentation is very detailed and the support we received was excellent. > > **Puntos en contra**: We haven’t found anything we don’t like, we do wish the option to remove old Outlook signatures would not be retired. > > Love the product, far exceeded our expectations and was the most cost-effective. We were able to set up signatures and begin testing within an hour. ----- ### "Not quite ready for market" — 2.0/5 > **Michelle** | *14 de agosto de 2018* | Comercio mayorista | Valoración de la recomendación: 1.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: All the things that it says it can do however, I was unable to get to the point to where I could test it. Definitely download the free version first\! > > **Puntos en contra**: Can't set up users with roles. If you want your marketing team or your designer to create the email template then you have to assign full global rights for your whole Microsoft 365 system to that person. The codetwo app doesn't work with a mac computer. Even with windows installed through an instance of parallels on a mac, the app would not operate. You could download it, but the display was distorted and you could not see the screen for editing. If you did try to edit anyway, the responsiveness was super choppy and after a lot of work, the whole thing just locked up and would not save. > > Unfortunately I was not able to even test the software because of the usability issues. ----- ### "Automate your email signature in just a few clicks using CodeTwo." — 5.0/5 > **Rafael** | *23 de julio de 2026* | Tecnología y servicios de la información | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: What I liked most about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 was the ease of centrally managing corporate signatures, ensuring standardization across the entire company. The solution is intuitive, offers great flexibility for creating custom templates, and integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365. Another highlight is the range of features, such as advanced rules, dynamic placeholders, and marketing campaigns. Furthermore, the documentation is comprehensive, and technical support is fast, helpful, and efficient, making both implementation and troubleshooting easy. It is a reliable tool that simplifies signature management and delivers an excellent experience for both administrators and end-users. > > **Puntos en contra**: I would like to see more advanced analytics and reporting features. The current satisfaction survey capabilities are somewhat limited. It would be valuable to have built-in click tracking for links included in email signatures, along with a centralized dashboard showing engagement metrics, such as total clicks, click-through rates, and which signature templates or marketing campaigns generate the most interactions. These insights would help organizations better measure the effectiveness of their email signature campaigns and make data-driven improvements over time. > > My overall experience with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has been very positive. The platform is reliable, easy to manage, and simplifies the deployment of consistent email signatures across an organization. The centralized management, flexible signature rules, and seamless Microsoft 365 integration make it an excellent solution for both IT administrators and marketing teams. The documentation is comprehensive, and the technical support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Overall, CodeTwo has proven to be a robust and dependable product that delivers great value, although adding more advanced analytics and reporting capabilities would make it even stronger. ----- ### "An excellent tool" — 5.0/5 > **Alejandro** | *27 de abril de 2026* | Telecomunicaciones | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: It is an extremely useful tool and everything is centralized in one place. It is very intuitive, and helps reduce time > > **Puntos en contra**: I haven't found anything I could call a downside; however, it is a bit inconvenient that clicking on any option within the tools menu opens a new tab ----- Página: 1 de 24\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.getapp.com.mx/software/1998007/email-signatures-for-office-365?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.mx/software/1998007/email-signatures-for-office-365) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
