When we had deadlines materialize out of nowhere (things tend to happen like that when you're starting your own practice, I've come to \[painfully\] find out) he would find a way to fit me into his tight schedule to solve the issue swiftly and efficiently; at times, speaking directly to my web designer to expedite the process. I see i'm supposed to mention bugs and issues above. So far? I can tailor treatment notes, forms, and workflows to match exactly how our clinic practices, which helps keep our documentation consistent and efficient. The AI dictation feature has been a huge time-saver, accurately capturing my notes and reducing the amount of typing I have to do. One of the biggest advantages is how seamlessly Pabau pulls information from other parts of the workflow into the clinical record. Everything connects smoothly, so I’m not constantly jumping between screens or duplicating documentation. If I had to note one challenge, it’s that some of the terminology and logic are EU-focused. As a US-based user, I occasionally need clarification on which features apply to our regulations. But the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed clarification.
