> **Puntos a favor**: ECP is a fairly easy product for documenting care provided and medications for our residents, so it's easy to teach newer staff how to do so.  It is easy to add new residents when they are moving in, and create care plans for them.  Security settings seem good.  When there are issues, the customer support team is easy to contact and they seem very willing to help try to resolve the issues in a timely manner.

> **Puntos en contra**: Changes are made often, probably trying to improve the product, but along with the changes seem to come glitches at times or parts that stop working until we do a ticket to have it looked at.

> **Puntos a favor**: Customer support has been fast, reliable, and friendly every time I have needed them. I am pleased with this program. It is easy to navigate. There are a few things that I would like to see in the future but overall this is a really great program to use\!

> **Puntos en contra**: It makes you click to many "okay" boxes after you have clicked okay or complete. Kind  of repetitive. I can't type in a medication and it show me a list of all residents that take that medication. I would love to have that. Sometimes I wish there were a way for me to see all resident instead of just one side at a time. There may be but I don't know about it if there is.

> I enjoyed the training in the beginning when we started using it. I do enjoy the check in's from the company to make sure all is still going well and answer any questions we may have. I enjoy the easy use of the product and easy navigation.
