Had a wonderful experience in working with a company called LodgeTools. Their product is Inntender.. got to see it to believe it. The Hospitality Industry has been waiting on a PMS cloud based system like this to come along for a long time. I was provided with a webX demo, "Simply Amazing". From the first stroke, the ease of use; the flow of using the system to make reservations, from the folio's, amenities sections, . on and on :The product is so easily customized to the individual property.. life just got a whole lot easier (manageable) for the GM, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance etc. And the REPORTS are incredible. There are no 'cons' with this program, because in those moments when one has arisen it has been resolved quickly, and it is in this where you find InnTender's greatest strength: their service. The people providing support are the best with whom I have ever dealt, and you'll quickly discover that if something is not operating the way you'd like they will work diligently to find a resolution. I can honestly say I've never had such cooperation from a software provider. I highly recommend this software. It is the easiest program to train staff to use; yet, it is robust enough to provide all the information I need to run a turn-around property. The most impressive thing, for me, has been the EXCEPTIONAL support we've received after installing. I had real concerns that they would make the sale and we'd be left hanging with a lame help desk. Fortunately, my fears were unfounded.
