We are only just beginning to scratch the surface of the collaborative nature of the product. The ability to manage our content is a massive improvement for us compared to the past and we are able to ensure content is up to date and staff can rely on. From a content editor point of view, it is a really easy system to use and the feedback from my editors has been overwhelmingly positive - even from users with no web background. > > **Puntos en contra**: There have been a few bugs in the system in our first year of operation, but most of them have been resolved quickly.
