Sortly Pro es una aplicación de gestión de inventarios y seguimiento de activos visual, basada en fotos, que está desarrollada específicamente para las necesidades de las pequeñas empresas. El sistema se puede personalizar para que realice el seguimiento de cualquier elemento y detalle en múltiples ubicaciones sin necesidad de tener conocimientos técnicos. Los usuarios pueden crear etiquetas personalizadas o conectarse a etiquetas QR o de código de barras de terceros desde dentro de la aplicación y compartir información actualizada con los equipos o clientes mediante un dispositivo de escritorio, tablet o móvil.
La plataforma de seguimiento de activos visuales de Sortly Pro permite que los usuarios agreguen varias imágenes para cada elemento e incluyan campos personalizados, recibos, valores y más, con el fin de realizar un seguimiento intuitivo de los activos en múltiples ubicaciones. Los usuarios pueden realizar un seguimiento de los detalles del artículo, como el precio, la cantidad y la información del producto, así como personalizar cada entrada con notas y etiquetas. Las empresas pueden proporcionar acceso controlado a varios usuarios, lo que permite a los miembros del equipo realizar cambios o actualizaciones a los productos a través de la aplicación web o móvil.
Los usuarios pueden crear e imprimir etiquetas QR y códigos de barras y escanearlos usando el escáner de código QR incorporado de Pro Sort a través de un dispositivo móvil. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the software. Its created efficiency within my business and has saved me a lot of money on part runs for items that we already had in inventory. I would highly recommend this software.

What I like most about the app is how simple it is to use and categorize product. As a small business owner, I was having a tough time trying to find an inventory program that fit out business needs. Once I found Sortly Pro, it streamlined our business and created efficiencies company wide.
Puntos en contra
The only negative I have experienced is with the lack of instant notifications. I wish it notified the administrator or owner when specific items are pulled from inventory. A suggestion would be to include this as an option when entering inventory into the system.

The software it’s self is good! Functional and easy to use.

After 1 year of using the software Sortly removed key features without notifying us, then required us to pay 4 times what we were paying prior to regain access to those features. I live in the customer support/service world, and the 2 days of emailing back and forth (because they will not provide a phone number to call) was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The app and it’s functionality. Ability to quickly see closing stock balances.

There are two features i’d like. 1) a return/reset to zero for all stock items. This would be easier to determine if stock has been updated or not than looking at the time stamp. 2) Ability to change measurement of stock item once it has been established. Currently i need to delete the item and recreate it with correct measurement.

Overall it works for us with tracking and sharing our MAIN product, which is federally regulated so it's the most important. We continue to use it, so obviously we are accustomed to it and invested the time to input our data so we will continue to use it as long as it remains affordable to our budget.

I love the ability to add tags to sort easily when looking up something for a customer request, the ability to track assets value, and creating as many folders and subfolders as needed. It's nice you can leave 0 quantity to restock without having to re-enter all the data for that item or recreate a barcode.
Puntos en contra
I don't like that you have to pay additional fees/higher plan in order to create simple custom reports. It would be nice if there was a plan for smaller mom & pop businesses like ours to utilize the software and all it's greatness without breaking the bank. If I had to pick one suggestion, it would be to have the ability to show the out of pocket value AND the sell price value...rather than having to choose one.
