They've stripped down the CRM model to make it exactly what fundraisers at small and medium size charity need and got rid of all the extra widgets that just make tracking donor data unnecessarily complicated. We have also greatly appreciated the quick response time of the support team. Multiple features that we have suggested would be useful have shown up in new iterations of the product and the team regularly checks in with us to make sure that we are happy. > > **Puntos en contra**: The dashboard isn't the best. I would appreciate being able to customize it to be able to see the information that is important to you at a glance. ----- ### "Easy to use CRM" — 4.0/5 > **Katrina** | *27 de mayo de 2026* | Gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro | Valoración de la recomendación: 9.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: The best CRM I've used in my 12+ years of nonprofit work. It's easy to create reports, send mass communications, develop forms, and track grants. > > **Puntos en contra**: I can't add images to the mobile donation form; however, it's not that big of a deal. I submitted a request, and hopefully I will see that feature soon. > > Keela is an easy-to-use CRM and has been great overall. We got it for the grant tracker, and they have expanded its features, which is a plus\! ----- ### "Some great, some just okay, basics are lacking\!" — 3.0/5 > **Riley** | *25 de julio de 2024* | Gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro | Valoración de la recomendación: 4.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: When selecting a new CRM Keela stood out to me due to the fact that it is highly customizable. For our needs, this was essential and it has lived up to my expectations in this area where many other options would not have fit our needs. The forms are beautiful and easy to customize. I like that it integrates easily with Paypal and Stripe. From a donor experience perspective, Keela is a huge upgrade from our previous CRM which was very important to us and a big reason why we switched. I've also found the customer support team to be responsive and helpful, and they seem to be constantly working on improving the platform which I appreciate\! It never takes long to get a response and they will work with you to support you as much as you need. > > **Puntos en contra**: Surprisingly, Keela's basic functions are where it lacks the most. Accurate and easy to use search bar? No way. Intuitive reporting? Nope. Mobile functionality? None. I didn't even think to consider these features when making my selection because I assumed that all platforms would be at least decent in these most basic arenas and I was weighing the bells and whistles. Keela's bells and whistles are fantastic, but the basics are sorely lacking. I know it is a relatively new database so I'm optimistic that improvements will continue to be made. > > Keela has an excellent customer support team that is responsive and helpful and I do feel that they take user feedback seriously. That said, I wish I had made a different selection when choosing a new CRM. We're sticking with Keela for now in part because it is a huge undertaking to switch to a new database. If I could turn back time I would have chosen a more established company. If Keela is able to make some improvements to the basics they will have our business for a long time. ----- ### "Great product\!" — 5.0/5 > **James** | *21 de mayo de 2026* | Edición | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: It's an easy to use platform that provides solid analytics and suggestions for future fundraising initiatives. The donation forms are pretty easy to set up and for donors to use. Customer support has been excellent, and it's pretty good value for the money. > > **Puntos en contra**: Creating segments and automated communication could be a little more intuitive than it is at the moment, but I know they are working on that. ----- ### "Everything in one Place\!" — 5.0/5 > **Margaret** | *21 de mayo de 2026* | Gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: I like that it has all the elements we need to manage our nonprofit functions in one place and is easy to use. > > **Puntos en contra**: There is one feature, being able to do customized donor letters on the fly that would be really nice. There is a pretty easy work-a-round but that is one thing we'd like to see. > > We have been using it for over 5 years and manage about 1,000 contacts now. It makes it easy to communicate with our volunteers and donors and manages all of our donations, tax letters, and interactions quickly and easily. ----- Página: 1 de 14\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.getapp.com.mx/software/112165/keela?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.mx/software/112165/keela) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
