Hub is an intelligent social intranet software and client portal that allows company employees to collaborate on different projects and share information in a secure way. Users can share web forms, company events, polls, news articles, and other important documents to streamline workloads. The web forms and polls help companies gain insight on employee motivation and challenges. The portal - which can be customized with company colors, branding, and logo -
provides a task manager platform where employees can assign work to each other and track progress.

Hub allows users to engage in discussions with other employees as well as with customers, clients, and partners. Social networking features within Hub help to increase employee engagement and interaction with content shared by the company. Branded content can be stored in the portal in the form of PDF files, images, and videos. The software also allows users to set-up launch and expiry dates for every piece of content to make it more user-relevant.

Hub manages media pages and branded channels where employees can connect with customers and share dedicated resources securely. The software offers a repository of multiple report formats that can be used to collect feedback on social tools and the client portal. Hub also integrates with other IT systems and receives regular feature and functionality updates. The software provides technical support with secure Google hosting.

The ability to set up groups and appoint tasks to group members, the ability to send out group emails to all staff.

Can be hard to use and find your way around if you haven't had necessary training. Main carousel image sizes are slightly different to sizes used for page headers, this means if we want to add something new to the carousel we would have to create two different images to accommodate the different size constraints.

We find that some of the administration options can be a bit clunky but the team are always happy to advise, help and in many cases make the change for us.

I like the software is nimble -- it is easy to change things quickly. There are several useful features as well.

I don't like how difficult it is to use the back end of the Hub. I think the process of creating new content is hard because the software is not as user friendly as it should be. It is not intuitive.
