Especially since we can run the software as a service completely self-sufficiently with our eSolutions department and do not depend on others to set up and customize the system for the projects. This makes us independent and flexible - two qualities we consider essential when working with our biotech and medtech customers. It also gives us an advantage over our competitors, as we are now true experts in using the Viedoc system and can implement changes during the course of a study extremely quickly and efficiently. Viedoc is a very innovative company that is constantly improving and adding new modules. Yet, throughout the years, Viedoc has never stopped taking good care of us. They value us as customers, listen to us and always support us in the best possible way, both in operational and marketing matters. In the designer role, building an eCRF is playful and so easy that it's a lot of fun. The design validation is a huge help, errors generated are caught immediately and it is impossible to publish a design that contains hard errors. You can already invite several users, but you still have to assign roles manually. It would be nice if you could think of a solution there, in the sense of ready-made lists that you could upload there. Value for money is unbeatable at Viedoc. No matter how complex the clinical study is, ViedocV4 always makes our working process seamless and smooth. Furthermore, Viedoc’s support team is always helpful and practical, ensuring maximum performance wherever and wherever we run our study. The price is also affordable.
