SignUpGenius es una solución basada en la nube para la gestión de voluntarios y la planificación de eventos que permite que los usuarios creen un número ilimitado de hojas de registro online, envíen invitaciones por correo electrónico y redes sociales, acepten donaciones y pagos, automaticen recordatorios de participantes, creen informes sobre horas de trabajo de voluntariado y mucho más. El sistema puede ser utilizado por empresas, organizaciones sin fines de lucro, escuelas, universidades, grupos religiosos, clubes deportivos y otras organizaciones.
SignUpGenius incluye un asistente de creación de hojas de registro y una gama de temas de registro diseñados profesionalmente para simplificar la creación de hojas de registro. Los usuarios pueden agregar sus propios logotipos e imágenes, así como diseñar sus propios temas. SO easy to get and organize volunteer signups vs the old clipboard with a legal pad and pen method. I still can't believe that it's free. It's trusted and well known, so people don't mind creating an account to use it.

I like the simplicity of the program. Being able to schedule events for my team to sign up for in advance, while also being able to manage those sign up forms is very valuable to me. I work with a lot of students and their schedules are very fluid. Being able to adjust scheduling but also get this to them via phone helps get events put together in quick time, saving energy and time so I can produce more for my organization

I wish you could customize more in depth. Just a minor detail though. I have been using SignUpGenius for a long time now, not only with the organization I am with now, and it has always been effective and top of the line! Highly recommend!

I’ve used SignUpGenius for a multitude of events for at least the past five years. I have had large conflicts due to administrators not cross examining how information is displayed once the link is live. I want SignUpGenius to grow because as a free platform people are very familiar and connected to it. I would love to mainly use SignUpGenius for most events and coordination with groups, but it’s simply not a professional enough environment, yet.

People are familiar with the platform and feel comfortable navigating it compared to other products. Also it’s easily accessible by both mobile devices and computers. There is also some customization.

The platform is sub-par in it’s ability to collate contact information or mass communicate. Using the platform at a business level is considered unprofessional due to appearance within the platform and lack of features

I'm very happy whenever anyone chooses to use this app. It helps events run smoother and makes delegation easy. I believe it helps organizers feel less stressed when they have an easy method like this to ask for help or gently nudge members of groups in which volunteer time is required.

As a user of signup genius, I appreciate the transparency of the app, how it lists exactly what type of help is requested and in what amounts. I can choose to commit to aspects that I can manage, knowing I'm able to complete the commitment, instead of agreeing to a vague volunteer time or effort. I have personal limits on my physical abilities and time, so it's very helpful to be able to choose something that I can do and feel like I'm contributing.

Signup genius leaves the details of signups up to the administrator, which can't be helped, but sometimes signups don't have as many details or as much transparency. Maybe some optional prompts could be added to the set-up, such as a pop-up that suggests adding more detail, but isn't required.
