Sobre TicketSource
TicketSource es un sistema gratuito de taquilla para sedes, organizadores de eventos y asistentes. Para eventos y sedes de todos los tamaños, que venden de 10 a 10 000 entradas, TicketSource integra las ventas de entradas de taquilla, las reservas en línea y los registros de clientes en una sola plataforma fácil de manejar. Para los asistentes, TicketSource simplifica el proceso de compra de entradas a través de una interfaz de compra con la marca del evento.
Como plataforma de autoservicio, TicketSource es ideal para aquellos que desean administrar sus eventos en línea, en horario ininterrumpido. Las tarifas de reserva, que pueden ser absorbidas por los compradores de las entradas, se calculan de acuerdo con los precios de las entradas establecidas y se aplican a todos los pagos con tarjeta de crédito, tarjeta de débito y PayPal. Los organizadores pueden personalizar las pantallas de TicketSource con sus propios gráficos, marca y logotipo, optimizando la experiencia de compra de entradas para los compradores. Easy to set up in the first instance, very easy to operate both from a customers point of view and from an administrative point of view. Easily amendable and controllable for an admin, if changes needed to be made and on top of that, paid out extremely quickly.

Overall, I love the ease of creating an event and the payout side of things, which again, the fees are reasonable too. There are minor issues, but not enough to make me want to pay more elsewhere!

TicketSource just made things SO simple! It was easy to sign up and get an event going. The checkout process was good too, and payout was with ease exactly when they said it would be. Fees are reasonable, and I love how they are also UK based.

I had Ts & Cs that look like you couldn't see until you checkout, which I guess was okay but prefer having accessible before people got that far. Also I don't know the refund policy (If I have my own or they do? How someone requests a refund and by what point?) It was also difficult to find customer responses to questions, like dietary requirements, which was required as part of my event. That definitely should be easier to find per event.

Just to advise you can add in your own terms and conditions to your event which are presented during the booking process. When setting up your event within the main event details scroll to the bottom of the advanced settings and you will see a box to enable "The event has associated terms and conditions"

Setting up an event is fiddly: feels like talking directly to a database. Some work still to do on the UI.

The purchase process is cumbersome for our patrons. The site hangs at the point of purchase locking up tickets at the worst time as people make multiple attempts. Many, many, many fields and dates reflect London standards and not the US. Specifically, reporting draws inaccurate information because it will juxtapose the month and day. So will searching. Great features, good pricing, but a very buggy platform.

Great Ticketing website - even if you're a complete beginner (like me!)

This was my first time hosting an event where I was in charge of tickets - I spent a long time comparing ticketing sites, primarily looking at keeping fees down for me and customers. TicketSource came out clearly on top and I'm so happy I found them - I thought selling tickets would be stressful, but it super easy and they have loads of articles to help if you get stuck or aren't sure.

Super easy to use and navigate. Low booking fee. Best deal I found for small shows - I'm a musician and doing shows between 30-60 people. It's easy to do early bird tickets and special offers. Loved that I could include lots of information about the show itself as well. Everyone I know who booked tickets seemed to find it really easy and convenient.

The login button isn't the most obvious when accessing the website on my phone, but once in everything works fine on phone just as it does on my laptop.
