I have been using Snap 10 and 11 for many years and it has always been consistent and reliable. The customer support has also been very responsive, which sets Snap apart from the competition. > > **Puntos en contra**: There have been several tasks that I've inquired about over the years and unfortunately, Snap could not accomplish those tasks. These are things that other survey companies offer so not sure why these things have not been improved in this software. I've been using Snap11 for over 10 years and not many new features have been added in the past years.
