> I would NOT recommend GPS Insight to anyone for many reasons. First and foremost, the lack of communication with their customers is unbelievable. I call and call, but I cannot speak to a representative. I leave a voicemail and pray for a return call that may or may not come. Forget about email. If I get an email response within a week, I consider that a “win.” Second, I’ve been trying since August to resolve issues with equipment. This is December. When I was told I had to pay to replace units that went out due to technological failure on the part of GPS Insight, I knew it was time to find coverage elsewhere. Third, canceling service with this company is a nightmare. I am thankful that I DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. I continue to receive invoices for rental units I returned AND they (acknowledged they) received 2 months ago. I sent shipping tracking numbers 4 TIMES to ensure they didn’t charge my card (on file) for units I returned. However, they did charge my card (on file) for units I returned. After I reported fraud to my bank, they finally refunded those charges last month. Today, I received yet another invoice for the units I returned to GPS Insight 2 months ago. I find this entire situation extremely frustrating and just plain sad. Initially, the service from GPS Insight was great. In fact, I was a customer for nearly 5 years. However, I have discovered there are many companies with much better customer service. Do yourself a favor and use one of them instead of GPS Insight, un

Also now that I think about it, wish on alerts would be better when drivers just move there vehicles I would not be notified just when they get to there destination and the address would tell us they are there for maintenance issues at the apartments
