> **Puntos a favor**: Billomat has some nice features, such as being able to use custom invoice templates, and importing \& exporting products and customers somewhat easily.

> **Puntos en contra**: Billomat is a CRM lacking the most basic features. It's design is terrible. The UX is really bad. With every update, it seems to get worse.
The worst: their customer "support" takes forever to respond and is extremely incompetent.

> **Puntos en contra**: Weder der Support noch sonst irgendwer ist bei Problemen zu erreichen. Da die Banking Schnittstelle  aktuell nicht korrekt funktioniert wäre Support essentiell, jedoch wird dieser aktuell faktisch nicht geleistet.

> Alles in allem ein super Tool, jedoch erwarte ich als zahlender Kunde auch einen funktionierenden Support. Schade\!

> **Puntos en contra**: Der Betreiberwechsel sorgte für massenhaft Bugs, der Kundendienst brauchte für einfachste Anfragen Wochen zum antworten - zur Problemlösung noch länger. Fühle mich als Kunde hier nicht wertgeschätzt.

> **Puntos a favor**: Billomat ist im Markt eines der günstigeren Tools, wenn es darum geht, Rechnungen zu erstellen, die Rechnungen an die eigenen Anforderungen anzupassen, Eingangbelege zu Buchen, eine EUR zu erstellen.
> 
> **Puntos en contra**: Leider wird seit längerem an einer neuen Oberfläche gearbeitet, diese ist aber noch sehr fehlerhaft (und für Umsteiger der bisherigen Version etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig). Bei den Preisen muss man darauf achte, das bei den Dokumenten wirklich alle Arten von Dokumenten gemeint sind. Wer also viele Eingangsrechnungen verbucht kann unter Umständen in einem Monat keine Rechnung mehr schreiben oder muss upgraden.

> Insgesamt ist das Tool nach einer Einarbeitungs- und Einrichtungszeit gut zu bedienen. Wenn mal etwas nicht klappen sollte, kann man auch schon mal 50 Minuten in der Warteschlange hängen oder vergeblich auf Rückrufe warten - in einem Fall, in dem die ganze Buchhaltung davon abhängt, sollte man sich das gut überlegen oder vielleicht doch einen anderen Anbieter wählen.

> **Puntos a favor**: Ist übersichtlich und am Anfang (wir sind im Herbst 2019 eingestiegen) auch guter Support - davon ist heute nichts mehr übrig geblieben.

> **Puntos en contra**: Die Mängelliste ist lang, u.a. keine saubere Datev-Datenübertragung möglich, im Frühjahr diesen Jahres dann plötzlich bei Ansicht einer PDF-Rechnung wurde die Mehrwertsteuer im Nachhinein verändert. Den Bug haben sie zwar in den Griff bekommen, aber jeder, der sein Geschäft ordentlich führen möchte, bekommt bei solchen Fehlern Schnappatmung - das geht gar nicht. Also, Finger weg, wer ein zuverlässiges System sucht ,ist hier leider falsch.

> Nachdem in diesem Jahr ja wohl neue Investoren eingestiegen sind, bestand ja die Hoffnung, dass die insgesamt bescheidene Performance sich verbessern könnte. Doch Fehlanzeige. Sie haben das Design was bunter gemacht. Klar, kann ich ein Auto neu lackieren, doch wenn es keine Reifen hat,  "fährt" es dadurch auch nicht besser.
