When we set out to choose a platform for our conference, we shortlisted three vendors. Nunify was the least-known of the three, but after the initial consultation with each, we knew Nunify was the right choice for us. Not only did they offer a solid product that met our key requirements, but they demonstrated that they cared about us and the success of our event and their pricing strategy was straightforward and easy to present to the team.
Our decision was the right one. As a volunteer-run organization, things tended to get done when there was time. That led to a lot of scope creep, last-minute changes, and long delays. Throughout all that, Nunify's support was phenomenal. They patiently pointed out modules we could take advantage of, tweaked functions to meet our needs, and even implemented an expanded registration feature that was invaluable. We generally received support in well under 24 hours. With all of our internal uncertainties, it was a relief to know we could count on Nunify.
We used Nunify for the event website, program development, sponsor promotion, registration and event mobile app. We were pleased to be able to present a professional-looking, branded platform to our delegates. From their standpoint, the experience was generally smooth. What pleasantly surprised us was how easily, quickly and prolifically the delegates engaged with the chat and social wall features during the conference. They truly helped connect folks before, during and after the event.

Overall, I found the app to be a valuable tool for both organizers and attendees. The user interface was intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple for participants to access essential information such as schedules, speaker bios, and session details.

One standout feature was the real-time updates and notifications. This allowed for seamless communication with all attendees, ensuring everyone was informed about any schedule changes, announcements, or important updates. The push notifications were timely and kept everyone on the same page throughout the event.

It's been great. They have tiered functionality like most others, so we only pay for features that we're using, which is most features. Tech Support is coming from India so that can be a little challenging for us in Canada, sometimes the line is faint and they speak too quickly, but they are very prompt in answering support requests usually within the hour often faster. There is also an online chat window which is very responsive. Haven't had a problem with it being.

The price was right. Reasonable. Seems like the big players in this sandbox all doubled their prices at the end of the pandemic and priced themselves out of our budget. The back end is laid out logically for the most part. It was easy to build up content for our spring conference of 300 delegates in 2023. Nunify allows you to create one look for the phone app and another for the web browser on a PC. Overall our app for the conference looks really slick.

Honestly for us, not a lot of cons. It was a leap of faith to try a new product. They're newcomers. Nunify does everything a good conference app should do. Keeps our agenda up to date, registers delegates and encourages them to interact, sponsors and tradeshow are all working. The name "nunify" sounds like the word "nun" which is a little odd on my ears, I get that it suppose to be a shortened version of "networks unified", maybe they should pull the n-UNIFY as a brand in North America.

Enhanced participant experience at our event

The app was easy to set up and use. The support we received from the team (especially [sensitive content hidden]) was exceptional! The participants of our event were of different age groups and all of them found it extremely user friendly. The app helped engage our audience and create a build up to the event. I would highly recommend the Nunify app for any event - easy to set up and use, engages the audience and provides vital statistics.

We were looking for a time limited phone application that would enable global teams to interact and engage through. Aidaio was great at suggesting various solutions and ways to use the app. The team was very supportive and quick at responding to our queries. They were keen to help us use the app to its fullest potential, offering various customization of activities.

The product was quite intuitive to use and we were able to integrate it easily with our company. There were lots of additional options available for us to choose from and the team has been very supportive finding solutions for our requests. Backend of this product provides valuable information - the dashboard is easy to use and helpful.
Puntos en contra
There are still few features that were obviously missing: uploading videos from the phone gallery and filtering the content by location being the top two. From admin perspective there is no easy way of monitoring the content, e.g. swear words are not automatically replaced or removed.
