Making the product very restrictive, making it very annoying. They should give people freedom to use and just give guidelines. The UI Can improve, too many clicks one have to do. And often edits fail to save.

All the features on the Peoplebox platform has its own unique feature whether it is OKRs, Business Reviews, 1on1s, and Performance Management review. it helps our company to stay focused and achieve all the milestones as per the requirement

Peoplebox is new in the market, so quick TAT is required on the bug fixing and new enhancements should be implemented on a fast pace to stay competitive in the market

Easy-to-use features are the best thing. It doesn't require any training or learning to use it.

1:1 functionality could be improved like sync with the calendar for 1:1 is not that good it's does not work as expected and the UI Can improve, too many clicks one has to do.

One is unable to unsubscribe from email reminders on the emails themselves. It is easier to have a link to unsubscribe, then the user can select which ones to opt out of.

Good Service for employee management. The Service is Best in Industry. I give 90% rating for Service from this Company.

Bit Expensive. The Cost is little bit expensive when compared to others. The administative cost of running is bit expensive here, which impacts on Profitability of any organisation.

The 360 degree feedback is one of the best feature I found in the people box , I will help an employee to get analysis performance very closely.

As of know I have not find any disappointing points in people Box.
