Best part is the Support, Faddom's AI support is easy to engage, just an email away with no hassle of logging into portal and entering tons of details. AI support generally answers the query in first go and support person then follows up on queries. > > **Puntos en contra**: When joined to domain, we loose the capability to sign in with the break glass account. So in case of a disaster where we have to quickly login using breakglass account we have to first disable domain join from the console CLI. > > Satisfied overall.
