Easy to operate and supply all the information along with receipts to Head Office. It even tells you if you have submitted a receipt twice.

Uploading receipts can be a bit clunky and could be done from the main screen.

I think the mileage map shouldn't pick the shortest route at every point- it's very rare that route has been used- think there should be a 10 mile overage allowance before it's marked as red

The mobile app and the desktop link well. The automatic search of receipts has improved significantly over the last couple of years.

It would be great if some of the tabs automatically populated fields from past entries such as the attendees tab.

I have not experienced anything negative while using webexpenses

Not a lot. It hasnt crashed or lost items. But thats about it.

Its clunky, awkward, and aimply fails as a time saver. Other products are ligjt years better. Worst of all trying to record receipts and transactions as you go simply doesnt work properly when its time to reconcile and submit a report.

I am using webexpenses on app and my laptop. very easy to navigate.

adding photographic evidence could be easier

The UI is very easy to understand. Without any training, I was able to learn the system quickly.

Attaching receipts to expenses is more fiddly than it needs to be. This might be due to the lack of training.

It's an excellent tool for managing expenses. I would recommend WebExpenses for daily expenses management.

The tool is excellent and there is nothing to improve.

Speed, ease of review and oversight, simplying a very lengthy process.

Slighty clunky occasionally and significant refrencing required, however this is the nature of accurate expense claims

Sometimes it looses the synch with the app on the phone and on the desktop it seems to ask for log in more frequently that needed

Linked desktop and mobile app makes it much easier to add items to a claim than before. Uploading receipts via the mobile app automatically inputs most of the required elements and makes the process much quicker.

Viewing receipts linked to an item via the desktop site can be temperamental at times.

The ease of use, on the website. It is very simple to navigate.

I don't like when you submit one line, that you cannot just automatically go to the next line. Also the app does not always synch with the web page.

The ability to capture receipts with the camera and fill in at the time

The occasional glitches and bugs that prevent you from completing the forms in time for deadlines e.g. not being able to submit mileage as it wouldn't allow one of the fields until fixed

The upload of receipts in the app are easy and quick to process when a business expense has been made
