The idea to aggregate everything under one UI is great.
Once you understand how it works, you really save time and keep track of your messages and actions

UI is still a bit cluttered but there's so many features it's probably a challenge to keep it simple.

I love how I can organinse my own categories, I use:
- IN
- OUT
- SHAKE IT ALL ABOUT

When I have done shaking it all about I can switch it off easily. So I can return to procrastination mode. The team at Drag are helpful and keen to make their product work which is also a plus.

I stupidly told my co-workers and now I cannot pretent to have missed an email ... I have dealt with this to a degree by faining eccentricities but I am not sure how long they will fall for it.

DragApp helps me when I was used Gmail very frequently to organize thinks that I need to finish. I practically used it as a task management tool.

Very aggressive drip campaigns during promo periods. In some period promo e-mails came very intensively.

The best feature of this app is the ability to place emails into specific to do lists. I like that I can have my emails in columns that define how I wish to deal with them

To be honest, it took some getting used to. I find for a while trying to get a good grasp on how best to organize my inbox. But m now I feel like a Drag pro!

- There is no need to switch between tabs
- Works with labels, so it's easy to search
- Scheduling and Comments are SUPER AWESOME features for taking notes on emails
- Clean "de-cluttered" look
- Support is absolutely amazing
- Multiple boards and custom columns are easy to setup

- Lack of functionality present in similar software (Moo.do, Smartsheet, Atlassian JIRA)
- Sometimes refreshing lags
- Label display issues
- Lack of color coding
- Lack of custom fields

Kanban! What more can I say? It is the heart of many project management tools and I have for a long while been searching for something similar to organize my e-mails. I even thought of making such an app myself. But here comes drag-app to the rescue!

Some bugs here and there that make it look less pretty sometimes. But overall it works great. The only feature I miss is that not all e-mails should be placed in the "backlog" by default.

Manage email flow: Emails can be categorized and managed in a way that makes the whole work more productive
Find priorities: Emails in a column means better visibility means finding priorities
tackle priorities: Tacke the most important emails first add notes and much more

Auto label: I would love to have a column which works with our specific custom labels which can tag the incoming emails automatically.

the great way to keep and order my emails as tasks help me to get a zero inbox. I have always had problems with this and the software helped me keep and eye in everything organize it and be active on each email.

i actually love all the software no problems at all with other software i use it was a bit of a problem moving from the email to the task view. this is easy I stopped using 2 other platforms by using this.

Easy to use simple for setting and good features and functionality. People with different experiences understood quickly anything.

On the first stage of the app, you miss some emails, obviously, for were a beta stage. Maybe need a quickly disable/enable shortcut for return to others emails whom not necesssry put into App.

Drag has had a huge impact on mine and the teams' daily activity. It has meant we can remove tools which were contributing to a hefty sales stack and we will now use Drag and it's features to manage:

- Sales
- Customer Support
- Project Management

As fantastic as the product is, a big big win for me has been how responsive the team is. Not once have I experienced Customer Support like I do with Drag.

No big complaints from me. The team works hard to resolve any bugs and communicate this with me as a user.

Really love the how organised my inbox has become after installing the drag app. I can get a clear idea of the tasks that I need to work on and I no longer need to do double data entry like I used to. The UI is nice and clean too. New and great features are added often.

nothing at this point in time, I have had issues with some things in the past, but they have all be fixed with this latest version. And when I have had issues, the support team are friendly and reliable and they respond quickly.

It really does look and feel like Trello. I've tried using the Multiple Inbox feature in Gmail but it's too glitchy and emails get lost. Drag is awesome because I can customize the columns and easily drag the messages to the appropriate places! And it still works with other extensions that I use and need, like Streak and Hubspot. Thank you!

Right now, the only thing is that the text at the bottom of my Gmail page is white and hard to read. It isn't as though I need to see what my storage capacity is, but I do wish it could be customized a little more (Drag customer service is awesome and said this was something that's being worked on!)

makes my Gmail even better, it makes easier to organize task and allows you to share the inbox with the team, looking forward to an integration with zipper

none really, it works with a new Gmail interface, it takes a bit of time to learn but it's very useful

The app is very easy to use and easy to implement. It's core objective is to make things flow easily while keeping things informative and functional.

There are some features that should be added but the coming soon section of the products site shows they are going to very soon incorporate new functionality. In other words, the team are working towards evolving the product.

It allows me to turn my inbox into an organized filing cabinet. I love that I can drag and drop emails to my customized columns (I use Due Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Next Week, In 6 Months) and easily see where they are located.

It's still in the early stages so there are a few bugs that pop-up. However, the Drag team is very receptive to hearing about and quickly fix said bugs.

Kanban is a great visual for planning and knocking out email in an agile way. Drag is a must for me and my team. The staff at Drag are working hard to continuously add new features at a fast pace. Keep it up Drag!

Nothing! We absolutely love this product. I would love to see a mobile app if possible. This would provide the ability to crush email on the fly!

Pros: I finally have a system that I can use that consistently gets better.
The ease of use and the ability to make adjustments is extremely helpful. I have not seen any barriers to my productivity.

There was a bit of a learning curve for me. Fortunately, I was able to make adjustments to fit with my style.

The paradigm change of approaching emails as tasks in a kanban board . I like I can create my own workflow, adapted to my way of thinking. Sharing the email inbox with colleagues is also great

The fact that it only works in gmail is a bit of a turn down since not everyone likes or can use gmail.

We use departmental or team emails, this app helps everything be kept in order and know exactly where are projects, leads etc stand. Love it.

Nothing I found so far, works as expected. Need support for shift advanced email app, or maybe I'm not setting it up right.

Need option to remove 'Add Column'.

More options for Archive - remove/add labels, maybe more insight on what is processed, add a rule editor for Archive action.
Larger card view of msg or hover preview, I must open email fully to decide where to drag it.
I see message reply in a card but opening that card opens the original message, not the reply displayed on the card (bug?).
