> **Puntos a favor**: Solid integration with SalesForce, super clear visualisation of opportunity and pipeline stages. Also provides useful data at the touch of a button which would otherwise be a pain to set up manually through SalesForce. 

As a team lead, it's also very easy to import/remove team members as and when. 

Fundamentally, the best thing about Heresy is the behaviour it promotes in salespeople. Moving away from the 'cards to your chest' behaviour most salespeople would be familiar and towards a more open/ agile outlook.

2.  Automates many things including visibility into where you are with deals that may have fallen through the cracks
3.great analytics in terms of providing data points and interpretations on what are important steps in sales process and providing them in an easy to read format.
