Lo que más me gusto del software es que tienen Muchas oferta de empleo y son muy rápidos con sus pagos

Lo que menos me gusto es que le hace falta un poco de diseño pero del resto todo está bien

Es bastante facil de usar, muy dinámico y practico

Hasta ahora no tengo ninguna queja, me parece bastante bueno

Pocas cosas buenas,solo los botones visibles

Lento,se bloquea,no sirve para muchos datos cargarlos.

Through Paychex Flex I can access my payroll receipts, have closer communication with human resources, have an entry and exit record to validate my hours worked, and have my benefits clear. It has been very useful because I can access it easily and at any time, an alternative to not bother human resources whenever I need them for payroll issues

Everything has been perfectly used and working perfectly, I have no problems or mistreatment

I love that Paychex offers a pay now option where you can get paid before pay day so that you dont have to wait to get paid to pay your bills or overdraft your accounts. It charges a small fee but absolutely worth it.

The app is slightly glitchy and they do maintenance often on the app. The apps dashboard is slightly confusing but it is customizable.

Fairly easy to set up and utilize. Streamlines search for reports and forms

the terminology for forms under search makes it difficult to find some forms or reports.

I could run my own reports when I wanted them.

It was hard to receive qualified support. It took almost a year to get our account transferred over when we were purchased by another company (FEIN)

Very user friendly for employees and management team

I wish it was more cost effective for smaller companies

Most things are all in one place, I wish they would add requesting time off in the app though.

I often find that my PTO is listed incorrectly and the menu navigation isn't the easiest.

I like the ease of navigation throughout the app.

I cannot think of anything I do not like about Paychex Flex.

The platform is widely used across the entertainment industry. It allowed my union members to access their paycheck info and w2s for multiple companies in one app. The representative for my area was attentive and always available to fix any problems that the support line could not fix. They are pro-active in maintaining customer satisfaction.

It can be a bit clunky to process paychecks for people who are paid in different ways. The layout could be a bit better.

Also there is a lot of sub menus that you need to access to adjust specific parameters for each employees. It can be quite confusing.

Easy to use, time cards where easy to enter

Did not have all reports needed for a construction specific company

That I can review my W2 and all my paystubs in the same place whenever I need to and I can print them or download them easily. I love the clock in machine to.

The APP takes forever to log in a lot of the times. I would be on time coming back from lunch but by the time the app would open and I clocked back in I would be , sometimes up to 4 minutes late. Those minutes add up when you only get paid once a month.

I liked how the website was laid out. I also like how easy the hiring tab was to use. I really liked how everyone's PTO was on one calendar that administrators could see.

I did not like how if an employee used Paychex with a previous employer, it was very difficult to add them and separate the profiles.

I found Paychex Flex very user friendly. The only drawback was that the employees had occasional glitches with logging in.

Nothing, terrible product. I was originally promised coasts would remain the same my entire life with Paychex. [sensitive content hidden] LIED!

Staff and support. Salesperson lied! [sensitive content hidden] Stated my monthly costs would “never change”

It is easy to use and maintain. Set up was also easy with great support.

Some of the more involved things need support...but...it has always provided.

Paychex Flex provides every function that I need in order to streamline every administrative step when it comes to our employees.

I haven't experienced any cons with this program. I don't anticipate this happening as it meets the needs that I have.

My favorite thing is that I can see all my tax forms on Paychex, that way I don't need to worry about losing my papers or asking someone for another copy.

I don't like that it limits how soon you can clock in and out. Sometimes I go on my break, but minutes later they ask me to come back and help someone else. But because you have to wait a bit before you can clock back in, it blocks you. Or at least that has been my experience.

Extremely user friendly. We have many employees who are not very tech savvy and they all seem to enjoy the ease of Paychex Flex.

From the few years we have been using Paychex Flex I do not have much to complain or dislike about it.
