Me gusta que tenga un gran catalogo de modelos de encuestas de todo tipo.

Ultimamente han estado solucionando errores minimos que tenia por medio de actualziaciones.

No he tenido problemas con este software, y hace mucho mas facil, el trabajo en equipo, debido a la presentacion y funcionalidad del mismo. Resulta ser muy expeditivo y a nivel tecnicismo muy conforme.

No he tenido que destacar algo en particular de lo cual no este conforme.

We use WorkTango for survey and to collect our employees opinion, tough, and experience while working on our organization. They can sent it while their identity is fully anonymous and thus resulting everyone can voicing their opinion freely.

I have no problem that i face while working with this platform. All of the data that are sent by our employees are safely stored on the platform, and the report for the survey forms is very detailed.

Being able to recognize and reward our employees is so very important to our success as an organization.

I do wish there was the option to post pictures on the platform. We host a variety of employee meetings and events and it would be nice to be able to share them across the organization.

It is very easy to use and really like the analytics

Pretty expensive and does not integrate with other systems. customer service was better when we started 3 years ago and when the model changed there was not enough communication about the change. I also feel like the improvement plans could be more robust with things other than articles. An integration for additional supervisor/manager training videos would be beneficial. A section on just completed your annual engagement survey not what....

Points and rewards the employees like to be able to see points.

Uploads have to be manipulated as our system doesnt mesh with WorkTango

The use or lose function of your points quarterly. I wish they were distributed annually.

WorkTango allows employees to easily recognize the activities of others that impact their work day. None of us can do our jobs without the support of others. Often, colleagues jump in to assist with an activity or take on something extra supporting the company's mission. Recognizing a colleague for going out of their way to help is rewarding to all involved.

WorkTango was VERY slow to fix bugs with the mobile apps. It took over a year to resolve the issues with the mobile apps. Employees were unable to have the extra option to easily send recognition or process a reward activity.

We implemented WorkTango when it was originally YouEarnedIt in 2016. The ease of implementation was impressive. With various name changes, the product has always been easy to use, impactful in creating a culture of recognition, and innovating in new features. The flexibility is one of the best features. It allows us to use and customize the tool as needed.

I can't think of any negative things other than the occasional issue with e-gift cards and other products in the WorkTango rewards catalog.

I like the timely response feed back with this software.

It was a change from what I had used prior and I am not much in to change but after a couple times using this software I was glad for the change.

how easy to give the points away. Also easy to see who gave me points

Hard to redeam the points and look them up after you have redeemed it.

Easy to use and the processing is good. Great customer service as well.

More brand vouchers should have added.Catalog lacks some of the famous brands voucher.Product and vouchers order delivery is not so good.

WorkTango is an easy and rewarding platform for us to recognize and appreciate our teammates.

I think the website functionality could be improved to make it easier to navigate.

We mainly use it to recognize employees and reward them. The tie-up with all the brands to reward is just awesome

Not that I can think of any. Sometimes the points get updated a bit late

I really like that the individual is notified that they have been recognized. It is important that the employee knows how much their extra commitment was important to others and important to supporting the business.

It would be nice to be able to edit the amount of points given since it defaults to 200. I have clicked submit too quickly and forgot to change it.

I like that I am able to "pat my co-workers on the back" in a way that can earn them physical, monetary rewards.

I can't think of anything here (maybe items costing less points...)

It is an easy way for teammates to recognize each other especially since we all work remotely. I also like how there are any many options for the rewards.

I overall like Work Tango and do not really have any complaints.

The catalogue is great... Lots of good items to choose from. Easy to use and fun for all employees

Better items in the catalogue. Maybe discounted items. $20 gift certificaties for 1,000 pts

Keeping track of hours and pay . I am an employee at Goodwill Of Central and Northern Arizona . this helps me keep track of my time and to recognize other employees for their hard work and dedication

Nothing it seems to be a great software . I can access from my job or my home .
