IX has been a huge resource for our company. It has helped catch EDI Data mistakes, price discrepancies, missing ASN's or invoices and much more. I always tell people that IX is like having an EDI colleague that never takes a day off. IX is not only relied on in our EDI department but also sales and AP. The AP department uses it to find invoices or PO's that haven't been paid. They research and provide proof of deliveries by having the ability to look up carrier information all in one transaction string starting at the 850 to the 810. Our Sales use it to see what hasn't been invoiced and just to look up PO's quickly. I would recommend a demo of IX and you will see how powerful this tool is.
