Ease of use, it is very user-friendly. I especially appreciated the year to year renewals of vacation accruals so that it never needed to be done manually.

I found some glitches with my employees vacation time but overall did not run into any big issues.

I thought the navigation was easy and the user interface clear. It was not a product where I needed a ton of support to navigate.

As an admin, pulling vacation balances for the team members always took a little bit of reviewing. It wasn't as clear as other platforms I have used in the past.

Stable, I've never known an outage, easy for staff to use.

MFA is hidden behind a paywall; so many settings pages for similar things; inability to customize all time off types but have to conform to how purely believes a business should run, UX has odd design choices that make pop ups require a vertical scroll unnecessarily, lack of integrations, cannot do scheduling at all

Most of the set-up is easy and managing the time off for employees is simple.

I do not like that carry over time and the way it shows an employees current vacation. It is confusing and is hard to figure out. Some of the placement of the settings once you are up and running and need adjustments is also hard to locate.

Purely HR is very easy for staff and managers to use and also administration.

There really is nothing we don't like about Purely HR!
Other than it would be nice to have it on an app on your phone or ipad.

Performance module could use some additional options, and it can be difficult for new managers to use.

Uploading user files has to be done one at a time.

I enjoy the user friendly experience. The portal is very beginner friendly.

One thing I would like the least is the inability to access certain reports after an employee is terminated.

This web based software is very easy to use and navigate. I have only had to contact customer support a couple of times since 2013 and the quick assistance was very much appreciated.

Not having a mobile app would be the only negative.

I like the easy of use of the organizational tool. I can quickly input PTO information while also track my employees time-off visually through a simple but effective calendar view.

I haven’t been able to have it easily connect to our current HR software (Gusto) as a supplemental 3rd party software.

I find it extremely easy for myself and my employees to use. The navigation is very intuitive.

I don't have any negative comments about this platform.

I like that we have online access from anywhere.

I get frustrated waiting for one of my bosses to look in his email to click approval (I guess that's not really a PurelyHR issue).

Customer service is phenomenal. They are very easy to work with.

The lack of a stand alone app makes it harder to use on the go.

How easy it is for employees to request time off.

I wish we could add in field of our own for the calendar to be used as more of a team calendar. For example putting in birthdays.

Ease of use, and simplicity of new hire signups.

Because we use it exclusively for time off requests, the staff module and time off module feel very 'separated,' almost as if not tightly connected. Also, when booking time off, the use of very light blue on the calendar makes it sometimes difficult to identify days booked.

This is a great tool and easy to use for our small office to track PTO.

Don't have any cons. Good value for our needs.

Excellent telephone support. I am not a computer expert so when ive had a problem i get great help.

Sometimes it is not obvious how to perform certain tasks

The ease of using it from management to staff members. The look for the brand. Easy use of the reports and breakdown of what we are needing and searching for.

I enjoy that I can have a quick snapshot all in one calendar!

Ensuring that rollover days are done correctly can be difficult and if something is wrong it is a very manual process to correct

Honestly, I like everything. Since our business start to use PurelyHR my life become much easy.

PurelyHR - please make your interface little bit easy for users.

Booking time off or recording sick days is easy with the use friendly layout.

I have not found anything that I dislike about this software yet.

It's easy to use, easy to set up and easy to implement. There is a ton of presets so you're not re-inventing the wheel. Having a dedicated account manager and training along the way has definitely helped us maximize the use of this software.

like all HR tools some of the functionality seems overkill and unnecessary. but with time you learn to accept the extras and some have even turned into best practices.
