I like that everything is on one system and easy to use.

The app is so very slow and sluggish, especially in the morning. It takes a while to get it working smoothly, and if the screen dims or whatnot, you have to go through that again.

My staff has mentioned that they like the napping/diaper functions.

Lesson planning has been a bit difficult, and for some reason it will not allow us to print the lesson plans landscape-wise. It is also somewhat difficult to find the total number of children attending at a glance.

All of the important information is easily accessible for each child.

Photos and notes are not in albums or files so you have to scroll back in activities to see them.

Im a parent rhat uses the app for drop off and pick up of my child before and after school care. Its easy to use and the updates and messages are helpful.

It is one more app to use and keep on my device.

The ease of using the app. I’m able to reach parents and the parents can communicate with me through the app. Not get lost as a text message would.

When they shut down and I can’t share the moments with parents. Procare is part of my selling process when I interview clients for the daycare. If it doesn’t work for the day, I do have parents who get concerned

I love the Dashboard! I also love the capabilities to send out emails in mass or set a reminder to parents as they sign in their child.

Well I understand why this need to be done however it is a pet peeve of mine. Procare will time out and I have to log back in.

Very user friendly. Nice to have one place for all parent communication.

I wish there was better customizations on what the teachers can have access to. It would be nice to have other limitations on admin vs non admin staff.

I find the administrative reports lacking practical applications for day-to-day use in the center. The online PRocare does not work with Kinderconnect to daily report to TWC-CCS.

Procare Solutions provides all the features and functions you need to improve your daily operations. We have found the user interface to be exceptionally intuitive, so it was easy to train new staff. We also love the seamless integration with our existing systems. All in all, Procare Solutions delivers on its promise to make daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Overall, the system works well for me, but I did have some occasional delays, such as some minor delays with the program not loading. However, the technical issues are resolved quickly by the help desk, so that wasn't a huge problem.

Aside from the amazing features to run our program smoothly, ProCare is extremely user friendly. If we do have a question, support gets back to us right away.

I wish there were more merchant service company options.

The ease of using the system! It is so easy to communicate with parents, staff, etc. and it has so many features that make the work day easier with everything being in one location!

It times out too quickly! There needs to be a setting that will allow us to choose how quickly it times out.

I used Procare Online since before it was Procare ONline. I like the portability and the price. The features were updated regularly and it made enrolling and tracking so easy and precise for my childcare Program.

Some of the features still need to be updated. Integration with our food program and options state learning domains would be nice. We have the domains there but it has to be inputted manually.

That everything is in one app and we are not having to use several apps to do things.

The reports I can do using the online version. There are more detail reports I could pull when I used Oncare at my previous job.
