Es un aplicativo muy atractivo e intuitivo nos ha funcionado de maravilla en el área de nomina.

Es algo compleja su implementaron pero funciona de maravilla

Tiene muy buena interfaz. Además es muy intuitivo, fácil de utilizar. Destacar la rapidez que presenta.

A día de hoy no he encontrado nada que no me haya gustado.

The implementation of a project & task management tool with time measurement, export automation, budget/invoice support, internal chat, all-in-one. Avaza solves more problems all at once.

Not cons, but opportunities:
- Single subtasks are a bit complex to edit and not so visible in the overview.
- Gant diagram could be more clear and "playable".
- A basic CRM could complete the suite to support small businesses (we all look for a "one-place-solution").
- Time measurements and time planning could play better together and be more visually actionable (now a lot of manual input & digits input are needed)

The ease of use and tying all of our systems from invoicing the tracking time on jobs into one system.

Its only a small thing but not being able to have duplicate contacts / emails against other company details.

Simple to deploy, integrate in my processes and in my day-to-day business management

Still haven't found a real downside. Cloning 100% of the project, tasks and project configuration would be great, but it forces me to think about any potential differences in my projects.

I like the reports which are very helpful for project management, invoicing and tracking where we are at,with that we know at a glance our teams progress and any potential overages vs timelines,cost vs billables whereby with that information we can make the best decisions quickly and adjust where we seem to go wrong.

There are just certain features that could be improved like being able to add recurring meetings to the team schedule.

The ability to track time, manage tasks, and handle invoicing within a single platform is particularly useful. It streamlines workflow and improves efficiency by integrating various aspects of project management and client communication into one tool.

One aspect I might find less appealing about Avaza is its user interface, which can be somewhat overwhelming for new users. The abundance of features and options might make it challenging to navigate and fully utilize all functionalities without a steep learning curve.

We used to clock our time sheet in our organization , alo it help us to keep track of work which we do daily to be updated on the tool, It is helpful in backtracking the work which we did on the past

Recently if i update as 0:30 , it is getting updated 0:50, same for all other timing not sure if there is a glitch or bug in the tool

I haven’t found my pace to assign timed tasks on a regular basis.

doesn't give a good platform to export data conveniently from automated reports

1. Reporting screen when you get into a particular report sometimes it seems overcrowded, ie user needs to scroll down to select parameters. It might be a good idea to group parameters by buttons instead of scrolling down.
2. When reports are exported into MS Excel, some of the fields columns are merged. Simple MS Excel export would be more efficient. Customer can group data by its own via pivot to get totals.

Very user friendly and we are using AVAZA for our timesheet and its very easy to use and not faced any issue or error so far

it is a very good software for business development but it does not have a free access plan.

It's software that I really appreciated and didn't see any drawbacks.

I like that I can drag and drop attachments directly into tasks which makes it easy to collaborate and share information with my team.

Well at first it may take a little time and effort to get used to and find all the features and options available.

Avaza is a complete software of project management and accounting very interesting which allows me to follow the finances, my invoices and my expenses and makes me save a lot of time. Thanks to its simple and intuitive interface I manage to better adapt and familiarize myself with its features.

It is a little more expensive than other software in the same field

Avaza has allowed us to streamline our operations, resources and manage different projects more efficiently. It also provides us with very good analytical functionality for creating reports that benefit our business.

The current interface is very well optimized by the avaza team for me I have no problem for the moment with the application

The time tracking and filter reporting system were a must have for me when shopping for softwares. Avaza is the only software that met those needs perfectly.

If I had to put something, I'd say that task roll-overs aren't as suitable as I would like. I would like for the new created tasks to be able to roll-over with more clarity as to which new job this is. Also, I do not like that completed tasks continue to show up as a timesheet task after completion as this over-populates and confuses this area. This would be never ending if you had weekly task completions that rolled over.
